Volunteering:Way of life training course
The aim of the project: to train leaders working in youth organizations in the volunteering management in order to use fully the potential of the volunteers for inclusive personal growth, entrepreneurship development and social skills. The long term aim is focused on young volunteers as a basis for social and professional integration of them in life-long perspective.

The objectives of the training are:

1. To familiarize participants with potential of volunteering and voluntary programs all around Europe for personal, professional and social development of young people by inclusive growth

2. To increase skills of youth leaders in applying/using voluntary programs to needs of young volunteers

3. To discover different models of voluntary work where youth can train their entrepreneurship and social skills: promoters, fund-raisers, group leaders, project managers, support roles etc.

4. To show mechanisms of volunteer’s non-formal education for successful implementation of voluntary work

5. To improve the level of participant’s skills in planning and implementing programs of follow-up development of young volunteers with disadvantaged background in life-long perspectives
